1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and jetbaz ("jetbaz", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform accessible at jetbaz.bio and its associated domains and mobile interfaces. These Terms govern your access to and use of all jetbaz products and services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, virtual sports, promotional offers, and any customer support interactions.

By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the jetbaz platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform and, if you hold an account, contact customer support to close it. jetbaz reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes via the platform or by email.

These Terms are written and published in English. In the event of any conflict or ambiguity between this English version and any translated or summarised version, the English version shall prevail.

"Platform"

The jetbaz website, mobile interface, and any associated application or software through which the services are delivered.

"Account"

The personal account registered and maintained by a User on the Platform, used to access services and manage funds.

"Balance"

The total of real-money funds held in a User's Account, excluding any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

"Bonus Funds"

Non-withdrawable promotional credits allocated to a User's Account subject to wagering requirements and promotion-specific terms.

"Wager" / "Bet"

A stake placed by a User on any sporting event, casino game, or other betting market available on the Platform.

"Wagering Requirement"

The total amount a User must wager before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal.

"KYC"

Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by jetbaz before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.

"BDT"

Bangladeshi Taka — the official currency of Bangladesh and the base currency of all transactions on the Platform.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the jetbaz platform, you must register a personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. You agree to keep your registration information up to date at all times. jetbaz reserves the right to reject any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid mobile number registered in your own name for payment and verification purposes.
• You must provide a valid email address that you actively monitor.
• You may not register on behalf of another person or allow another person to use your Account.
• Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of jetbaz and its affiliated partners are not eligible to register as playing Users.
• Only one Account is permitted per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is considered fraud.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

jetbaz may require you to complete identity verification before processing a withdrawal, following a deposit above a certain threshold, or at any other time we deem necessary. Verification documents may include a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driving licence, along with proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in a temporary account restriction or, in cases of suspected fraud, permanent account closure with forfeiture of funds.

4.3 Account Security

You are entirely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account, whether or not you authorised it. You must use a strong, unique password and must not share your login credentials with any third party. jetbaz will never request your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your Account has been compromised, you must notify jetbaz customer support immediately via live chat.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your jetbaz Account are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jetbaz accepts deposits via the following mobile financial services and banking channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other methods as listed on the Platform at the time of deposit. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

• The minimum single deposit amount is ৳50. The maximum deposit per transaction may be subject to limits imposed by the payment provider or by jetbaz's internal risk controls.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• jetbaz does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
• Deposit funds are typically credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation by the payment processor. In rare cases of technical delay, crediting may take up to 30 minutes. Contact support if your deposit is not reflected after this period.
• jetbaz reserves the right to return a deposit to the originating payment account without crediting it to the gaming balance if we have reason to believe the deposit is connected to fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification, bonus wagering completion, and compliance with these Terms. jetbaz processes withdrawals to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible, as a fraud-prevention measure.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. No maximum single withdrawal limit is imposed by jetbaz, though individual payment providers may apply their own caps.
• Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval during normal operating conditions. Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or when additional verification is required.
• Only funds constituting a real-money balance may be withdrawn. Bonus funds must first satisfy the applicable wagering requirement before conversion to withdrawable balance.
• jetbaz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display unusual patterns. This may involve requesting additional documentation.
• In circumstances where jetbaz determines that a User has engaged in fraudulent conduct, money laundering, or material breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation and, where warranted by findings, to void the balance in full.
• Withdrawal requests submitted before any outstanding KYC documentation is provided will be placed on hold until verification is complete.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the jetbaz platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or game type. In the event of a conflict between general betting rules and sport-specific or game-specific rules, the more specific rules shall prevail. The following general rules apply across all betting markets and casino games offered on the Platform.

7.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed by the User. Odds are subject to change before confirmation.
• jetbaz reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a manifest pricing error has occurred.
• In-play betting markets may be suspended at any time at jetbaz's discretion, particularly during goal/wicket scoring moments, review decisions, or technical interruptions.
• Minimum bet staking amounts per market are listed within the betting interface. Maximum bet limits vary by event, market, and User account tier.
• Bets on cricket BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and all international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures are settled in accordance with official scorecards published by the relevant cricket board.

7.2 Casino and Slot Games

• All RNG (Random Number Generator) games on the Platform use certified software from licenced providers including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Game outcomes are independently determined and cannot be influenced by the Platform or the User.
• Live casino games are operated by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play Live, and Ezugi. Rules for individual table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette, Dragon Tiger, Andar Bahar) are displayed within each game interface.
• In the event of a game disconnection or technical failure mid-round, the outcome of the interrupted round will be determined by the recorded server-side state at the time of disconnection. jetbaz is not liable for losses arising from client-side connection failures.

8. Bonuses, Promotions, and Free Bets

jetbaz offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and seasonal promotions aligned with Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and other events. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published on the promotional page. In addition to promotion-specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply.

• Bonuses are awarded at jetbaz's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Unless a promotion expressly states otherwise, bonus funds carry a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before they are eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within 7 calendar days of a bonus being credited to the Account. Bonus funds not used within this validity period will be forfeited automatically.
• The maximum bet per spin or per bet round while bonus funds are in use is ৳500, unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the bonus being voided.
• Bonuses may only be used once per User, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly permits otherwise.
• Cash-back promotions are calculated on net losses only, after all winning sessions within the eligible period are deducted from losses. Cash-back amounts are credited as bonus funds unless the promotion states they are cash.
• jetbaz reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play if it determines that a User obtained a bonus through fraudulent means, in breach of these Terms, or by exploiting a technical error.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jetbaz platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Opening more than one Account on the Platform, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine manual user activity.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets on the basis of information not publicly available at the time of placing.
• Colluding with other Users or with Platform staff to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to place bets or claim credits to which you are not entitled. Any winnings arising from a manifest error are void.
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, financing of terrorism, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or dispute a deposit made to the Platform through your payment provider without first contacting jetbaz customer support.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal under applicable local law.

10. Responsible Gaming

jetbaz is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its users. We provide a suite of tools designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available free of charge to all registered Users and can be activated at any time from the account settings.

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly) can be set and reduced immediately; increases to existing limits are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders notify you of elapsed playing time and balance changes at intervals you define.
• Loss limits cap the total amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Self-exclusion options are available for periods from 24 hours to permanent closure. Once applied, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the period expires.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jetbaz, its directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jetbaz does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors, interruptions, or security vulnerabilities. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services. jetbaz shall not be liable for any loss arising from Platform unavailability, including the inability to place or settle a bet during a live event.

jetbaz makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are appropriate or legally available for use in any particular jurisdiction outside Bangladesh. Accessing the Platform from a location where online gambling is prohibited is entirely at the User's own risk and legal responsibility.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of international commercial law, taking into account the context of online gaming platforms operating in the Bangladesh market. In the event of a dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first contact jetbaz customer support and allow a reasonable period of not less than 30 calendar days for the matter to be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.

All formal dispute correspondence should be submitted in writing to our support email address. jetbaz will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time, BST UTC+6) and aim to provide a substantive response within 14 business days. For disputes related to individual bet settlements or game outcomes, the server-side records maintained by jetbaz constitute the definitive record of events.

13. Amendments to These Terms

jetbaz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at jetbaz.bio/terms-conditions. Where changes are material, jetbaz will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via on-platform notification or by email to the address registered on the Account. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and, if applicable, withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date of the revised Terms.
